Feeling marginally better, I upped the activity yesterday pruning some fruit trees in our yard and then going to the gym and lifting a little weights focusing on the back muscles and a super easy jog on the treadmill for 30 minutes. The pruning is really taxing because the trees are big and the project is daunting. Lots of t he cuts are large requiring a saw and my arms were definitely getting tired after a couple hours. At the gym, the weights were ok but my legs felt awful on the jog. Oh well, at least I did something and I feel better this morning. Since the weather actually looks decent outside with (gasp) some sunbreaks I’m going to continue the pruning  job today.
