Slow one

Nothing really new to report today. I woke up earlier than I would have liked in order to work on a group assignment and the effects of it lasted throughout the day. Tomorrow I’ve got Venture Capital bright and early at 8 am so I should probably head to bed relatively soon.

Exercise: Lifted at Arrillaga gym today. I worked up to 10 reps of 150 pounds on the bench. I didn’t feel particularly strong today, but the rest of the workout was decent. Tomorrow I’ll try to get out for a run and possibly lift back or bicep weights as well.
