The run today felt much better. The muscles near my shins did not tighten (or cramp) and I felt much smoother. I did the Oak Creek route for a total of 48+ minutes of running. The stabilizer ligament above my ankle is a little sore as are my legs in general, so tomorrow I am planning on taking a day off from running. I did not go to the gym today, but I will definitely go tomorrow to work on chest with some benching and possibly biceps. There are no solid long term goals or pursuits with the training regimen, I mainly just like exercising 🙂
It’s basically business as usual here at Stanford: class, reading, exercise, eating — rinse, wash, repeat. I was sad to see the Arizona Cardinals lose to the Chicago Bears because of their own mistakes. At least this shows Chicago is not invincible.
