Mount Shuksan: North Face

I ascended the North Face of Mount Shuksan with Jesse today. I summited Shuksan two years ago via an easier route, the Fisher Chimneys. Today’s climb was spectacular with excellent weather and conditions. It took us 12.5 hours from our bivy on the ridge to climb the mountain and return to the car. Lots of brush (self-inflicted punishment) and lots of steep snow! I am sufficiently tired right now, so the pictures will have to wait for tomorrow. Good night!
