Arrillaga Workout


Big day at Arrillaga today: I first hit the bench and built up to 10 reps of 150 pounds and then followed it with 8 reps of 155. Over spring break, I did 10 reps of 155, but with a spotter giving me motivation. The bench felt good today and the rest of the workout was great despite the crowded scene at the fitness center. I did cable cross-overs, the fly machine, and some bicep work. I really like the ab exercise where a partner throws a medicine ball behind your head as you are doing sit-ups on the decline bench. It really works all aspects of the abs because you get the entire range of motion. I concluded the long workout with 36 minutes on the treadmill (5.25 miles).

Sorry for being boring today, but nothing really went down. I got this appellate brief to edit and I have been lazy long enough!
