A kinda boring way to wrap the weekend. I basically just read, watched tv, surfed the net, read more, researched, and went to the gym. The gym workout was productive, however. I first ran for 37 minutes on the treadmill (easy shake-out run) and then lifted a bit working shoulders and pecs. I did dumbbell action and the cable-cross overs. My butt was sore and tiiiiight from the squats yesterday :)
Oh yea, I also watched a Woody Allen flick on Saturday night, Bananas, one of his earlier movies. He is so pathetic it’s hilarious!
Tomorrow, Monday, I need to work diligently in the morning and early afternoon before class which spans from 3:45-8:10 pm with a 30 minute break in between.
